Drums of the Pacific Lu'au
Make VTS 2012 memorable by spending an evening with delicious Hawaiian food, festive island entertainment, and a Polynesian inspired production. "Drums of the Pacific" infuses old Hawaiian culture into an impressive theatrical spectacle. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with shell leis and receive a warm, aloha welcome with fresh mai tais or fruit punch. Both drinks will be served all evening, as well as an open bar featuring all your favorite mixed cocktails. This fun-filled night begins with traditional Hawaiian Luau music and audience participation, featuring fantastic activities such as hula and poi ball lessons. Afterwards, the imu ceremony will unveil the night's main dish - world famous Kalua Pua'a (pig). Dinner will follow with an all you can eat buffet that includes many traditional Hawaiian favorites. "Drums of the Pacific" show will follow, which takes you on an exotic journey through the ancient islands of Polynesia. Featuring authentic dances and music of old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Raratonga including the famous fire dance.

Dinner
Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Mahi Mahi, Polynesian Rice, Vegetables Makamaka, Tropical Fruits Anuenue, Soba Noodles, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad, and Poi (taro).

Desserts
Macadamia Nut Lu'au Cream Pie, Haupia with Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Cake and Bread Pudding. It's a great Hawaiian Lu'au Feast served throughout the first half of the show.

Open Bar
Beer, wine, mixed cocktails, mai tais, and fruit punch.
